Alicia Buss

In addition to the CareerTeam brand, Alicia Buss is responsible for operations for the BENOMIK and Numeris brands at CTG. In recent years, she has advised numerous partners on setting up digitalisation teams, corporate ventures and innovation hubs, as well as on recruiting specialists and executives in the Industry 4.0 environment, giving her a unique network in the European digital scene. As one of CTG's first employees, she was instrumental in building the CareerTeam brand, Europe's leading digital headhunting agency, and shaping the operations of the BENOMIK and Numeris brands within CTG. Prior to her career at CTG, Alicia studied Business Psychology at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg.
