Lucas Fischer

Lucas Fischer has been with CTG since 2017 and has over 10 years of experience in recruiting, executive search and HR consulting for start-ups, scale-ups, SMEs and corporations. In his role, Lucas has operational responsibility and is responsible for the further development of the IT brands PALTRON and alphacoders.

His particular expertise lies in advising management on strategic hirings such as C-level positions or the development or realignment of entire business units. He also advises private equity and venture capital, builds strategic partnerships and has in-depth knowledge in the areas of data and AI.
