Tim Wagener

Tim Wagener is responsible for the Foxio Consulting and FindusFinds brands at CTG. He entered the start-up world while studying business administration with a focus on HR and process design and has played a key role in driving CTG's success story since 2014. After the launch of the tech brand alphacoders, he was fundamentally involved in the development and expansion of process and team structures as a senior consultant - in 2018 he founded Foxio Consulting and has been responsible for operations and corporate structures ever since. Since 2024, Tim has also been Managing Director of our FindusFinds brand and continues to advise our C-level candidates as a partner of CTG.
